ABOUT
Operations came first. Software became the lever.
I spent more than 15 years inside restaurants, production, logistics and industrial workflows before software became my main tool. My technical roots are in turning, milling, CNC and PLC.
Model the system
I translate the workflow into states, data, decisions, permissions and failure modes before choosing the technology.
Build and break it
Python, TypeScript, APIs, databases, automation and AI are tools. The goal is a useful system that survives contact with real work.
